This Elmo 1st Birthday balloon bouquet includes the following: (1) 26"w x 18"h Elmo Air Inflatable Table Top Foil Balloon (No Helium required) Consumer Inflatable, (1) 20" Elmo Head Foil Balloon, (1) 34" Giant Red Number 1 Foil Balloon, (2) 17" Elmo 1st Birthday Foil Balloon, (1) 17" Round Elmo Foil Balloons, and (2) 18" Round White Jubilee Foil Balloons. Additionally, there are (8) 11" Latex Balloons, with 2 each of Red, Blue, Orange, and Yellow.

To enjoy the balloons, simply add Helium and inflate them on the same day as the event. Latex balloons have an average indoor float time of 12-24 hours, while foil balloons can last multiple days if filled and stored properly. However, balloons used outdoors will have a much shorter float time due to the elements.

Foil balloons require a low pressure regulated foil inflator to inflate them. These regulators have an auto shut off pressure valve and will not over inflate the balloons. Disposable Helium Tanks with a latex inflator will not properly inflate the foil balloons. Balloons can usually be filled at your local party supply store, florist, or even some larger grocery chains that offer helium. For larger balloons or larger quantities, it may be more cost-effective to rent a helium tank from a party rental company or local welding supplier.

Please note the following important safety information: CHOKING HAZARD - Children under 8 years old can choke or suffocate on broken balloons or balloons that are not inflated. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. Discard broken balloons immediately.

Additionally, keep the plastic bag containing these products away from small children. The thin film may cling to the nose and mouth and prevent breathing. Dispose of the bags immediately once the product is removed.
